We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at contact@drnfly.shop within 30 days of receiving your product.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your drone.
  3. Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue your refund or process an exchange.

Free Returns:
We cover the cost of return shipping for any product you wish to return, as long as it meets our return policy conditions.

Please note that drones that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for a return. If you have any questions about the return process, feel free to reach out to us.
